الوسم <a> (anchor) هو الذي ينشئ الروابط، والخاصية href تحدد وجهتها:

وماذا عن link؟

الوسم <link> ليس للروابط التي ينقر عليها الزائر. يوضع في <head> لربط الصفحة بملفات أخرى، مثل CSS:

نصيحة: اجعل نص الرابط واضحًا، مثل “تحميل دليل SQL” بدل “اضغط هنا”.
